In total, It can be seen clearly in the given graph that the quantity of the internet usage in these countries raised than in the past over the period. The usage of the internet increased to 100% from 10% in Canada between 1999 and 2009. In the USA the proportion of users was haighst with 20% in 1999. Hovewer, the USA witnessed less increase than Canada with 80% by 2009. The lowest figure was in Mexico. The population of the internet contained 5% in 1999.
