The graphs below give information about computer ownership as a percentage of the population between 2002 and 2010, and by level of education for the years 2002 and 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph shows the percentage of population who owned a computer from 2002 to 2010. The percentages are also presented in the second graph by level of education in 2002 and 2010. During the period from 2002 to 2010, the percentage of population with a computer increased consistently. In 2002, less than 60% of population owned a computer while almost 80% had the apparel in 2010. In regards to educational levels, the graph shows that there was a rise in the percentage of computer owners among people who did not complete college between 2002 and 2010. Owners with higher education kept increasing on percentual; however, the difference between the years was not as significant as the groups with incomplete college or lower education. Overall, the amount of people owning a computer went up over the period, having an expressive rise among people who did not have a higher degree.
