The above graphs show the percentage of students possessing a computer, distributed by their educational level throughout eight years. Generally, through a birds eye view, it is clear that those who have these devices are increasing along the mentioned period; exceeding 60% owners by the end of the referred interval. Moreover, it is obvious that the postgraduates acquired the greatest amount of these electronics rather than the educational categories. First, in 2002, the pupils who dropped their high schools were the least; where only about 10% have the machines. In contrast, the adults bragging certificates above the bachelor degree were the top user compared to the other grades. Similarly, in 2010, the rankings remained the same; however, they slightly rose with a tiny percent. Additionally, it is worth noting that the ones still enrolled in the academic literacy system, either at the secondary level, universities or even the freshly grads are all almost equal; having close rates. Thus, to clarify, those scholars are still under the control of their parents, who might have numerous responsibilities of greater importance than having such equipment. To conclude, it is noticeable that the appliances became an essential instrument for all classes. For further explanation, as long as, you grew older and become more financially independent, the necessity of having a data processor instrument drastically jumps.
