The graphic shows the number of enquiries received by the tourist information office over a six-month period in 2011. Based on the graphic, we can see that three type of submission of question. The red line represent enquiries received in person, the number shows the increased on each month. In January to March the number increased two hundred each month, about four hundred to eight hundred. And in April, there is increased to one thousand and three hundred, in May become almost one hundred six thousand, and in June the number increased to one thousand nine hundred. And the yellow line represent enquiries received by letter or email. the number always decrease each month. At first the number shows around eight hundred in January, and then decrease to almost four hundred in June. The last line is the green line, this green line represent requiries received by telephone. Same as in person, the number by telephone also increased in each month although not as much as in person. The number shows the increased from around eight thousand in January and become one thousand six hundred in June.
