Overall, it can be clearly seen that there was an increase in unemployment rates in the Japan, however jobless people of America got employment during the given time period and joblessness was decreased slightly. According to the given illustration, in March 1993, the American's unemployment rate was stood at 7 of work force whereas, after 2 years it saw some fluctuations and reached at 5. 5 of work force. This figure went down with fluctuations in unemployment rate during 1997 to 1999. In terms of unemployment rates of Japanese, it showed surprising increase in rates of jobless workers.
