From the first glance, it can be observed that although the rate of all countries showed an increase regularly, Germany rate witnessed higher degree than other countries over the whole period.
At the start of the period the proportion of money that spent on books in Germany was 80 million dollars and it was the highest level among 4 countries, wheares this number in Austria were less of 50 million dollars than in Germany. France and Italy rate was almost equal 55 and 50 million dollars respectively.
