The bar chart illustrates the proportion of three different sectors (agriculture, industry, services) that contributed to India's GDP from 1990 to 2000. Overall, it is clear that the industry and services showed upward trends throughout the period while agriculture displayed an opposite trend. In terms of agriculture, this was the most contribution among all, accounting for over 60 in 1960, after which, this figure declined steadily to less than a fifth in 2000. The services, on the other hand, rocketed dramatically from 16% in 1960 to around 62% in 2000.
