The given line chart illustrates the number of global conversations in three different metropolitan areas between 1980 and 2010. It is clear that the quantity of international academic sessions which was held by city C in 2000 was the highest number of conferences organized during 30 years from 1980. The organization of worldwide sessions in both city A and B were diminishing, the opposite was true for that of city C. The period between 1980 and 2000 witnessed a significant increase of 35 and that reached a peak in the number of international conversations. By contrast, the quantity of global academic sessions in city A and B slightly decreased to under 30 and around 23 respectively from 1980 to 2000. In the rest period, there was a peak at 35 in the quantity of worldwide conferences in city C which was followed by the gradual fall in over 30, however, that was still higher than others. The positions of city A and city B in the number of academic organisations were switched when the former descended by 4 while the latter ascended by 2 in 2010.
