The bar graph represents the data about the percentile of men, and women academic staff members across the arts, business, education, engineering, law, Medicine as well as science of the major Institute in the year 2012. Overall, it was witnessed that the highest proportion of male were in engineering whilst, men had the least percentile in education. After analyzing it is clearly observe that 55% of the females were in arts whereas 45% of the males participated in the similar faculties. Likewise, in business the maximum proportion of male about 65%, and the average number of females were in business around 25%. The higher percentage of women were in education nearly at 75 while, the lowest count of men was in studying with 22%. The most of the men interested in engineering roughly 82%, and 19% of the females preferred same facultie. About 40% women was in law as well as 60% of the male in legislative. There was only a difference of 1% in Medicine between both gender. Similarly, 20% of the differences were in science among both sex group.
