The line graph illustrates the percentage of working age ranging from 15 to 64 in Japan, France, Korea, and Mexico between 1970 and 2010. Overall, the percentages of 15-64-year-olds working in Korea, Mexico, and France experienced upward tendencies, while that of Japan decreased during the given period. In addition, South Korea had higher proportion of workers in the above age group than other three countries. In 1970, the proportion of people in the 15-64 age group working in Japan was most significant, at just under 70%, while the figure for Mexico was considerably lower, at only 42%. At the same time, 63% and 55% of the workers in France and Korea were between the ages of 15-64, respectively. In 2010, there was sharp increase in the rate of 15-64-year-old workers in Korea of 20% to a staggering//whopping 75%, making it the leading contender of the table. Similarly, Mexico saw a dramatical growth in the percentage of worker in 15-64 age group of 25% to just over 65%, overtaking France by small margin of 3%. In contrast, the figure for Japanese workers aged 15-64 remained relatively unchanged for 30 years before decreasing drastically to 60% by the end of the given period.
