The typical meals of snacks and breakfast consumed in the sodium nutrients in 14%, and those in the saturated fat experienced a snacks at 21% and breakfast 16%. In addition, the added sugar in the breakfast showed same number with saturated fat, and 42% of snacks. On the other hand, the percentage of lunch and dinner consumed in the sodium and saturated fat, it saw 43% and 29% and that 37% and 26%, respectively.
