The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph in question shows the number of queries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. There are mainly three types of enquiries: in person, by letter/email and by telephone. In the first quarter of the year we can see that all three of the types of enquiries are pretty much similar in terms of the number, but as we take a look at the difference between them after March, they start varying wildly. Between the months of January and March, all three of the types of enquiries are within the range of 400 to 1000. After March, the number of enquiries by telephone stop dropping sharply and stabilize in the months of May and June. On the contrary, number of enquiries by letter/email and in person enquiries rise sharply over a period of three months starting March. The number of enquiries for the 'in person' type has the highest percentage change over a period of 6 months. It seems like 'in person' and 'by letter/email' are the two types which are gaining popularity and 'by telephone' type is losing in popularity and one can predict that it might continue the trend till the end of the year.
