The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram shows the pictorial representation on the number of questions raised in three different ways to the Tourist Information Office requesting for information in a city over a six month period in 2011. As seen from the graph, the number of enquires made in person and by telephone were increasing steadilly where as the number of enquires made by letter/email were decreasing. Looking at the enquiries made in person, we can see that it was increasing every month. In January, the umber of enquiries made in person was well below the enquiries made by the other ways but ended up very high at the end of the June. There was an initial drop in the number of enquiries made by telephone in the month of February compared to January but the number increased to 1000 in March and same stayed till April. It was shown steady increase afterwards.
