The line graph illustrates the millions of passengers traveled by using a different mode of transport car, bus, and train in the UK from 1970 to 2030.
Analyzing the data, in 1970, the majority of people in the UK was a car, it was used by nearly 6 million people, whereas the train transportation was least used by Uk citizens. The bus passenger number was around 4 million. And also, this number of commuters were remained unchanged from 1970 to 1980 in these three transportations. Conversely, the number of passengers was increased in 1990 to almost 7 million, while the number of bus users was decreased. On other hand, a slight rise shows in-car users.
Additionally, over the period of 20 years, the pattern was changed totally. The number of car users was a surge and in bus, passenger number was dropped. In 2020, car users surpassed bus commuters. In addition, the number of dwellers was climbed moderately. Besides, expected numbers in a train passenger would be higher than other two transport. And predicted users of cars would be more than the bus commuters.
Overall, it can be seen that dweller can be used more train transport than other two. The train and car commuters were increased, while bus users were fell.
