The graph shows the percentage of radio and television audiences over 4 years old in UK during the period of October-December 1992. In case of television, it has a low number of audiences in early morning, but this number grows gradually until 8 a. m. There is a slight decline in next two hours. However, it becomes higher after noon and reaches 45% during the evening. Then the number of people watching TV falls gradually and at 2 a. m. has the lowest point. Talking about radio audiences, its peak can be seen in the morning, especially at 8 a. m. when the percentage frows up to 38%. It is also characterized by a gradual fall during the day, but there are some fluctuations. The least number of people who listen to the radio is from 2 a. m. to 4 a. m. Overall, television is mostly watched from 5 p. m. to 9 p. m. , while radio is more popular in the morning. Moreover, television is more preferable by UK population than radio.
