According to the figure, The manufacturing process has six general phases: 1) mining the raw materials, 2) preparing 3) forming the brick, 4) drying it in the oven 5) firing and cooling and 6) packaging and delivering the finished products. First, Surface clays, shale and some fire clays are mined in open pits with power equipment, then transported to manufacturing area where it will be prepared by mixing the raw material by specialized machines. then we come up to the forming step which the raw material will be ready to be shaped into the perfect shape and size. after that, it comes the step of drying the shaped bricks in a specialized oven with the temperature of 100° F to 400° F in order to be coherent. Then they get moved to the cooling rooms in order to get cooled off, then the final step it to pack them in small groups of bricks and stock them straight to the delivery process.
