The chart shows the number of men and women in further education in Britain within three periods of time and whether studying full-time or part-time. The X Axe represents the timeline by years, while the Y axe represents the numbers of students by thousands. We can notice that the full-time process rose up slightly through the three periods of time in both genders from 100K to approximately 250K in year 1991. However, in the part-time process there is a difference between the two genders, concerning men, we can see that the number of men has decreased during the second period of time from 1M to 870K in year 1981, then rose up to 900k in year 1991. On the contrary, the female number rose up through the three periods of time, from 750k to 800k in year 1981, then rose up to 1M and100k in year 1991.
