The bar chart illustrates the percentage change of house prices in five cities of different country from 1990 to 2002 with average comparison of 1989 prices. Overall, through out the period of 1990 to 2002 three city remained same Madrid, Tokyo, and frankruft about price of house compare to 1989, while rest two cities change their prices of home during last five year of 1996 to 2002. There are cheaper house available in new York and London compare to 1989 cost of home in the period of 1990 to 1995. The cost of living house in this city is about less than 5% -7% of the 1989 prices. In contradict to that the last five year period prices become higher than 1989 and reached at 5 and more than 10% respectively. However, money require for accommodation in Madrid and Frankfurt are less than 5% of the 1989 price in 1990 to 1995 whereas, the figure change in 1996-2002 as drastic rise and slight fall has observed. On the other hand the cheapest loving place Tokyo remained cheaper than 1989 prices but little change about 2% can be seen.
