However, the least popular bakery product was pies. In January, the sales of bread was $80, 000 but it decreased sharply to $45, 000 between January and March. That figure flactuated to September and after that it rose to $80, 000 too. At the beginning, the sales of Buns was $40, 000 and it increased to $70, 000 in May. During 4 months, it remained stable and fell to $30, 000 in December. Pies was the least famous item that began with $10, 000 and increased gradually to October ($20, 000). Moreover, it had a sharp decrease in the last 3 months from $20, 000 to $40, 000.
