But, Waterfront is the least expensive neighborhood. The average price of a single-family home there was 140, 000 dollars.
By 2015, the average housing prices is more distributed. The most valuable neighborhood is settled in University Park, and the price costs much more than in 2005. Although University Park is the only area that exceeds the price in 2005, the rest of the locality has fallen their prices in 10 years. Between 2010 and 2015, the Waterfront has slightly dropped by 5 dollars, and the Downtown has decreased from 175 dollars to 100 dollars. Uptown has decreased significantly by 100 dollars.
Overall, the average prices of houses in 2005 are higher than the prices in 2015. Also, the housing prices fell in most parts of the city.
