The diagram describes the process, various steps, and equipment in recycling paper. Recycling paper involves the use of several vats as well as different kinds of chemicals. First, the process begins when bales of paper move up a conveyer belt to a vat. There, the paper is mixed with chemicals and water to form a pulp. After this, the pulp is pushed through the screen to removes any debris. Now, the pulp is clean. Then the pulp is transferred to a flotation cell to get de-inked. Next, the de-inked pulp shift to a refiner. From there, it is beaten until it is smoothed and refined. The refind pulp is moved into the vat that fills with bleach. Finally, after the pulp is fully bleached, it is transferred to a new vat. Now the clean and bleached pulp is ready for paper making.
