It is clear from the tables, carbohydrates are the major requirement for all the food charts whereas only a little amount of fats should be present in the menu. However, each plan contains about one-third portion of proteins to create a balance. Moreover, carbs are the primary ingredients for all three food plans, especially for sports personnel and healthy individuals which are about 60% and 50%. Consequently, an average disease free body should intake food by balancing the protein amount with carbohydrates by consuming 30 to 40 percent meat base food.
