The given bar graphs shows the trends of gaming using electronics in South Korea in 2006. From the two graphs, the first illustrates the fraction of total gamers in separate age groups, whereas the second potrays the type of the game that is preffered by the gamers.
The age group of 20-29 were having the highest percentage of gamers in both genders, while role playing games was chosen the most by the gamers.
Males were dominant gamers in all age groups where most of the percentage of gamers were in the age group 20-29. Females also had the most gamers in that specific age group while females above 30 had the least percentage. Men above the age 30 added up approximately 10% of the total gamers while boys under age 12 had the least fraction of gamers among males, near to 10% whereas girls in the similar age group had a value under 5%. The age group of 13-19 had a fraction of a little below 10% and 20% for male and female gamers respectively.
The most preffered game was role playing games where almost 50% gamers preffered the same. Action games was chosen by 20% while strategy games was selected over the other games by approximately 20% gamers. Only 10% of the gamers played simulation games while the fraction of gamers who played games other than the list was negligible.
