After 20 years, almost all population in Australia are in reach, and the significant proportion of Asians about 78% are within the range of supply. The supply percentile raised nearly a fifth in the context of Australia while in SE Asia it improved by doubled than Australia. Secondly, Australian water is almost 70% pure, which is 30% more than in Asia in 1990. The gradual improvement in the water resources improved the Australians water degree of cleanliness by more than 10% within 2 decades. Whereas, the South-east Asian peaked its distribution level but cannot maintain its hygiene and reduce its degree by a small proportion.
