The following flowchart describes the steps comprise of how to submit time duration of the particular job background for the university by student. At the beginning, stage of the application, apprentice must select the suitable organization among the approval list and take necessary action to an interview. After completed applications should forward to the selecting companies. Secondly, companies may issue acceptance letters to the applicators and after that they must take action to get approval from their relevant work supervisor. Next, in the schedule stage, as an agreement has been prepared by company and works period may be at least 10 hours and maximum 20 hours per quarter of month. Moreover, after worked in the training place in performance period and working details summary will be forward to the campus guide person in every Friday. After, in the last training period trainer should admitted to the evaluation committee with his relevant section head. Next, academic head will be check and prepare final decision. Finally, final progress of evaluation have been send to the relevant section before last week of spring
