On the other hand, the second pie chart depicts the information regarding greenhouse gas emissions which generates from energy usage. To commence with, the highest Australian household energy consumption is witnessed by heating which is accounted for 42% whereas the least energy utilisation is noticed by cooling which is amounted to 2%, which is half of lighting(4%). Similarly, the channelization of energy by water is at 30% which is followed by other appliances which is amounted to 15%. Only 7% of household energy is used by refrigeration which is approximately half of refrigeration (15%). Turning to the details of Australian household greenhouse gas emissions, the maximum greenhouse fumes emission is noticed by water heating which is amounted to 32% which is further followed by other appliances at 28%. The emitting of greenhouse gas by refrigeration is 14% which is half of the other appliances(28%). Similarly, this trend is followed by heating which account for 15% is more than half of water heating (32%). The least greenhouse fumes is evident by cooling is amounted to 3% which is relatively low in comparison with lighting(8%). Overall, the maximum household energy is consumed by heating, but in case of greenhouse gas emission heating is unexpectedly low. Similarly, the upsurge is seen in greenhouse gas emission by refrigeration and other appliances rather than of their use.
