The figure illustrates the proportion of travelers approaches that people used in a European city in the years of 1960, 1980, 2000. The initial impression of the graph is that the rate of activities which depends on physical movement such as bike and, foot over time had decreased significantly; On the other hand, the rate of using cars increased over time; And reached most popular kind of transportation in 2000. In 1960, more than 30% of travelers have chosen to transfer by their feet which was the highest popular approach in that year but, this category did not last trendy to the end of the period. Actually, in 1980, the rate of 'foot' decreased significantly to only 20% which means it turned to the least common transportation mode. In terms of the car categories, the number of people who have token cars in the years of 1980, 2000 experienced a dramatic increase and the proportion reached 25% and 35% respectively. In 2000, the usage of cars accounted for almost 35% which was two times more in comparison to the bus category; Although, the number of bus passengers at the same time was twice more than those who had preferred to go around with bikes.
