Overall, the cement production process includes five main stages which are crusher, mixer, rotating heat, grinder and packing. Besides, the production of concrete was happened mixed by four components.
In terms of cement production, the first stage starts with limestone and clay which met together and are crashed. Then these mixtures become powder structure before enter the mixer. Powder of clay and limestone passes the mixer level and reaches the rotating heater where the mixture is exposed heat. After that, the mixture comes on the grinder on the fourth level and the grinder operation occurs cement. At the final level, cement is put on in big bags to prepare for use or transport.
When looking at the concrete production, it is observed four main components which use to happen concrete. These components have a diverse percentage as cement 15%, water 10%, sand 25% and gravel 50%. Four different items are collected in a concrete mixer with determined proportion and after mixer operation components become concrete.
