Overall, the production of leather goods is man-made and complex process, which consist of approximately eleven steps; beginning with drying the animal skin and ending with producing leather goods. Moreover, all the steps are mandatory and the omission of any single step would halt the whole process.
In the initial step, the animal skin is drying on the rope after then it is transported by truck to factory. In the following step, a large tub is used to wash the animal skin with the water and lime then it is soaked into lime after this it is smoothened and flattened by the help of rolling machine.
Moving to the remaining details, the flattened skin is soaked in tannin which is the mixture of water and vegetable matter afterwards the skin is polished by roller.
