Overall, it is vivid (lucid) that numerous modifications are expected to take place, with a number of new urban facilities planned such as cinema, shopping center et cetera. In detail/ in detailed analysis, the river would continue to divide the region in two parts. At present, there is a residential area in the northwest corner and a school in the north side which are set to remain untouched even after renovation. While, the car park is expected to replace the derelict warehouse in the north direction, offices and university will take the place of the old town. Moving towards the west side, there are plans to demolish art center and residential area to pave way for cinema and shopping center respectively. The industrial complex in the southern part of the village, is expected to be expanded by taking the place of (covering the) residential area.
