The picture demonstrates the procedure of manufacturing yogurt and preparing ir for sale. Overall, the production of yoghurt has seven steps. This process is lenghty but simple. The temperature of milk play vital role to making yogurt. To intiate step, sufficient quality of milk heated at 90° celsius, or 200°fehrenhit for 30 min. The more time milk heated up the thicker yogurt become following this step, the milk is cooled at 44°celsius. In the next step, Yogurt starter or live bacteria inoculated in the milk and the yogurt is kept at a temperature of 37° celsius for 4 hours. Furthermore, after finishing heating of milk the product stays at cold temperature in fridge then the yogurt is mixed with different fruit and sugar. The last step is the transportation of final product to shops to be sold, but before yogurt is divided in to different packages.
