The diagram illustrates the process that ised to manufacture bricks for the building industry. pkb3
The provided diagram represents the procedure of making bricks from raw materials for the construction factory. Overall, there are total seven steps to produce bricks from raw clay. It starts from digging clat and ends while product is delivered. To begin with, clay is carried out from land by using big digger machines. That clay is sent to metal grid in which raw clay is broken down in small size and also remove waste particles from it. After grinding, clay is transferred to next step by roller. Following step is to change clay in shape of brick. It has two different methods. The first is to mould clay in vessel which is like brick. Another is to convert clay in one long line and then that is cut by wire cutter and raw bricks are prepared. Next step is to send those raw bricks into drying oven for 1 to 2 days in which moisture is absorbed from it. Then, those bricks is gone to first klin in which temperature is moderate. Later, it is sent to second klin which temperature is quite higher than former. Once this step is completed, it is gone to cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days. After cooling, bricks are packed and delivered to consumers.
