Overall, the cement production process consists of 5 stages, beginning with crushing and ending up with packaging. And the concrete production has main one stage. First of all, limestone and clay are crushed before they mixed. Then little limestone and clay pieces are mixed in the mixer. When this stage is over, they are get into rotating heater. In this machine, they are blended again at the same time these pieces are heated. After that, the mixed materials are grinded. Finally, the product is ready to pack. In the next stage for producing concrete to use in construction buildings, there are needed four main materials. 15% cement which is produced in the first stage, %10 water, 25% sand and %50 gravel. These all materials are mixed in the concrete mixer. When this last stage is over, concrete is ready to use.
