It can be clearly seen that the proportion of people who can drive in under 15 minutes to various services in urban is always higher than in rural. In general, the percentages of driver in 15 minutes or less to post office in both two region of the UK are the highest to 100%. In contrast, driver proportions to secondary school in urban and rural are the lowest to 95% and 70%, respectively. However, the proportions of driver in under 15 minutes to primary school, doctor, petrol station and supermarket in urban see the highest and reach a peak of 100%, which are chosen higher than in rural to 97%, 90%, 90% and 70%, respectively.
