In general, a closer look at the picture highlights the fact that the prosess of producing olive oil involves seven separate stages, commencing with harvesting of mature fruits from olive trees and finishing with selling for customers. Looking in the figure in the more detail, in the initial stage, the mature fruits are picked by farmers before being put into a machine where the fruits is rinsed by cool water. After being washed, the olives are transferred via conveyor belt to anothor machine which smashed the olive become mixture. While the olives stones are removed, the olive paste are packed into bag with holes and prepared for the following stages. In the fifth steps, the olive paste in bag is put throught a pressing machine. Subsequently, excess water is separated from the oil. The oil is then packed into box. The entire oil producing process concludes after the oil are transported to customers for sales.
