The diagram illustrates the current plan of a civic centre, as well as the plan after changes. Overall, most buildings will be used for different purposes in the future. In addition, the council office will be enlargened to be utilized as an open park and an underground car park. The current map shows 2 car parks, one of which is to the top left of the map, while the other is on the right side next to a shopping center. A relatively large concert hall is located between these car parks. Furthermore, an exhibition hall, a council office, and a library occupy the bottom half of the picture. The civic centre is planned to undergo dramatic changes. The first car park will be converted into a theatre, while the other is planned to be used as hotel and restaurant. The library will function as an exhibition hall in the future, meanwhile, the council office will be moved to that hall's building. Additionally, the building of council office will be demolished to build a new open park above an underground car park.
