Looking at the chart in more detail, after being sorted by hand, the beans are cleaned through a sieve to remove dirt and other materials. Subsequently, people spread them under the sun for 4 weeks, while they are raked and turned to ensure they dry sufficiently. Following a period of storing in the silo, they are transported to the factory by a large truck. Turning to the remaining step, after hulling, farmers filter them with the purpose of grading by using a bracket. At the mill, they are packaged in bags and sold. In the final step, they are roasted to be ready for packing and dealing with the customers.
