The Diagram Below Shows the production of pencils

The rendered illustration highlights the series of stages and equipments involved in the production of pencil. Overall, there are 11 steps in the manufacturing of pencils. The process comprised of cutting of the trees, converting into woods and then create packing products. The process begins from replanted the plant which is of four months at prevailing point. This replanted green stuff is thinned after three years, however, waiting is essential here of about 14 years for plants to grow up. Subsequently, after a long period, being chopped down into tiny parts, small logs are treated in an automated machine which gives a perfect flat shape to them accordingly. In the following leg, when 2 months is passed then these thin stats used for making grooves of same length at exactly similar distance. Coming to next step, black lead is glued into prepared grooves and a new stat is introduced over prior stat which takes a sandwich shape as black lead can be seen within it. After go through heating and hand pressing these sandwiches is further cut down in such a way that these cutting pieces brings resemblance of pencils. Afterward, packaging products is prepared for further usages.
