The diagram illustrates the micro-level of information gathered by Australian Bureau of Meteorology about the weather concerning to bring out the accurate predictions. The data can be collected from the three mediums, such as Sattelite, Radar and Drifting buoy and the information is acquired from these mediums are in the form of Sattelite photo, Radar screen and Synoptic chart respectively. The data, then examined by the department of Analysis and forecasting to produce precise predictions on the weather. After the inspection on the information is done, it is prepared to be able to broadcast the predictions on the broadcasting mediums. As soon as the data has been organized for broadcasting, the broadcast mediums is used to present the information to the audience. The broadcasting mediums are TV, Radio and Recorded announcements.
