From the diagram, it is noticeable that there are seven steps to manufacture bricks, started with clay-digging and ended up with the ready-to-use bricks delivery services.
The process begins with collecting clay material from the source using a digger machine. Then the clay material filtered using a metal grid and crushed by the roller machine. In the next step, the crushed material mixed with sand and water so the texture changed. It can be easily shaped like a particular brick size by using a wire cutter machine or using a mould.
In the fourth step, the bricks dried in the oven for 24-48 hours. Then the bricks burn on the kiln at a moderate temperature using 200C - 980C, followed by the same process with high temperature using 870-1300C, after that the bricks are left in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Once the bricks have been dried and ready, it packaged with a safe wood box. As soon as it is packaged, it is distributed to the building industry and delivered by truck or pick-up car.
