The charts tell information about the pineapple that produced and exported by three countries for two years namely; 2009 and 2019 and the percentages of the cost gained by the each of the pineapple consumer in 2019.
Overall, two countries among the three increased over the years, while there was only one that decreased. The rate of income from the pineapple was largely given to the distribution and retail, and there was only a bit to the export.
According to the chart, it was slightly above 1 million pineapples were sent out of the country A, whereas there was just a small amount of it exported from country C in 2009. Comparing to the other two, country B was the most leading country to plant and sell the pineapple in 2009 which was approximately 4. 2 million tonnes. Surprisingly, there was a sharp increase for the first country to about 11 million after a decade. Though there was an increase for country C, there was not much pineapple for the exportation. On the contrary, country B dropped its export to around 1. 8 million in the last ten years.
As we can see in the pie chart, the large proportion of the money from the pineapple was contributed to the distribution and retail. Moreover, there was just below 20% of the cost provided to both the taxes and profit. It was no higher than 12% for the international transport and import licenses. However, it was clear that all the countries spent less for the producer and export.
