The given pie charts illustrates the percentage of electricity used for Fossil fuel, Hydro power and Nuclear power in 4 nations (India, Sweden, Morocco, Vietnam) in the year 2003.
Overall, from the diagrams, it can be seen that both India and Vietnam used electricity more than half for producing Fossil fuel, whereas the majority of proportion in Sweden and Morocco is for producing Hydro power. However, Nuclear power is produced only in India and Sweden.
Firstly, In India more than five-fifth of electricity is utilized for generating Fossil fuel, and 14% of Hydro power but a very small proportion of electricity is consumed for producing Nuclear power. In comparison, Sweden utilized more than four-fifth of electricity to produce Nuclear power. Secondly, more than half (56%) of Fossil fuel in Vietnam is produced. Although 44% percent of electricity is used in producing Hydro power.
Another comparison is that Sweden uses 52% of its current to produce Hydropower, however a small portion less than 5% for Fossil Fuel. Morocco, utilizes 95% of its portion for producing Hydropower, and only 5% for Fossil fuel.
