Overall, comparing the two maps reveals that the center will witness significant substitution with more modern business and leisure facilities when the plan is applied. Presently, the cinema stands between the car park on the left side and another on the right side on the north's uppermost. Town Hall located to the south and its west is situated a council office adjacent to an exhibition hall and a library and shopping center to the east. According to the plan, the two car parks expect to demolish to make way for a café shop and a hotel with a restaurant. In contrast, cinema will not be removed. Meanwhile, an exhibition will be replaced by a council office as the new plan.
