The charts show survey results concerning why MBA graduates chose their degree, and employer's reasons for hiring them. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The given charts shows two different point of views between graduates for the reasons why they should choose MBA degree and the employer's most valued reasons for hiring them. Inerestingly, looking at the chart, employers mostly need equal experiences in all fields. According to the given survey, 65% graduates think that they have more number of job oportunities in choosing MBA. In Personal developments and the ability to do a job is 15% and 12% respectively. By doing MBA, graduates can have the ability to help others (8%). On the other hand, employers think that hiring graduates depend on their previous experience and personality of 25% consistantly. The second important values are considered on their presentation, appearance and previous experience (Knowledge) can be considered 20% equally.
