These pie charts shows what the bosses apprciated more and why people joining MBA major. It is clear from the graph that we have a lot of reasons. According to what is shown, we have more than half reasons for joining MBA is better chances. Then just a 35 per cent distrubt on personal development by 12 percent, ability to do job better by 15 percentage and 8 per cent for ability to help others. While we have what the bosses wants more in thier employees by a quarter for each personality and previous experience (knowledge). And at same way we have 20 percent for these two reasons, these are presentation or appearance and previous experience (connections), and by the less we has qualifications by 10 percentage only. To sum up, we could say that the most reason for students to join MBA is better job opportunities while boses really do not look after qualifications by most they care about personality and appearance or presentation, and do not care about your certificutes or your reasons to join any spicific major.
