Overall, the majority of students are having a thought that they can have better job opportunities and least are choosing to help others. As far as the employers reasons are concerned, they are hiring people who are having the better personalities or with a good experence in knowledge. They are least bothered about the qualification that the students are holding.
On one hand, huge proportion of students that make up to 65% are finding a reason of getting good jobs. However, Ability to help others and for improving personality are having a little difference in their population with the proportions of 8% and 12% respectively. Students are least considered for helping other with the figure of 8%.
On the other hand, employers are giving more mportance to personality of student and previous experience in knowledge. Both the factors are occupying quarter portion of each. With less about 5% difference, presentation or appearence and previous experience in connections are equally considered. Qulaifications plays a least role of 10% in whole.
