In the second chart, Asia is the leading continent in terms of percentage of population worldwide, while other areas have much fewer people. Looking at the first chart, 40% of money around the world is spent on other services which is almost twice as much as food (24%). The percentage of budget spending on transport accounts for 18% globally whereas the figures for housing and clothing total up to 12% and 6% respectively. Turning to the second chart, Asia is the number one continent which includes 57% of the world's population. By contrast, Europeans and Americans are considerably fewer than Asians, making up 14% of the sample each. Africa is the third highly populated area where 10% of total population in the world live. Finally, the chart shows that there are 5% of people who live in other continents.
