The charts below show the proportions of British students at one university in England who were able to speak other languages in addition to English, in 2000 and 2010.

The pia charts demonstrate to us that scatter of speak other languages alongside English by British students who study at one university in England in 2000 and 2010. Overall, speaking Spanish had the highest percentage both given two different years and also it’s rate increased between two years from 30 to 35. In contrast, students who can speak German had the lowest ratio in general. The percentage of students who can not speak any other language showed a considerable reduction from 20 to 10 in 2000 and 2010. In terms of given other specific languages, French’s percentage displayed a drop in 2010 compared with 2000 from 20 to 10 while the rate of speaking German stayed stable with 10% in both years. When looking at the proportion of two other languages, it was observed a rise as 5% in 2010 than in 2000. Percentage of speaking another language which was not given in the charts jumped from 15 to 20.
