Overall, the lowest percentages of these nutrients are found in breakfast, on the contrary, dinner meals are included a significant amount of sodium and saturated fat, additionally, snacks are high in sugar.
Regarding breakfast and lunch, the amount of nutrients is consumed in the morning account for more or less 15% of each one. Whilst more than a quarter of sodium and fat, which are the second most amount, as well as 19 percent of sugar from total meals are used in lunch.
