The pie chart and bar chart give the information about the percentage of water usage and purpose of residential water in Australia in 2004. Overall, Australian tended to consume water for Residential-Houses while the opposite was true for other. Notably, most of residential water was used for bathroom and garden whilst kitchen had the lowest proportion in 2004. As can be observed, the consumption of water for Residential-Houses came top of the list, accounting for nearly 60%, followed by 13% of this figure for Residential-Apartment in Australia. In particular, both business and industry utilized water equally at approximatly 10%. In the same period, the proportion of water consumed in government was 6%, doubled that of other. In terms of the way of using residential water in 2004, Australia marked the significant usage in both barthroom and garden with about well over 25%, which outnumbered the indicator in washing clothes by over 5. Particularly, the consumption of water usage in toilet was slightly higher than the figure for kitchet, at 15% and 10% respectively.
